Many people believe that hand made jewellery only exists in the world of A-list celebrities and the super rich.
Adrian Ashley believes that anyone who works hard and wants to occasionally treat themselves, deserves to have their jewellery hand made by an award winning designer.

Aged 15 Adrian left school to work in the jewellery trade. He started as an apprentice in an East London workshop, with a day release to Sir John Cass to study Diamond mounting. Adrian then went on to graduate from Epsom School of Art as a Jewellery Designer. Over the next decade he worked for several successful UK jewellers and won a number of industry awards.

Early in 2005 Adrian left The City of Chichester’s premier fine jewellers in order to create his own more adventurous styles of fine jewellery. It seems Adrian’s gamble has paid off as he has a growing number of design conscious clients eager to have a piece of bespoke contemporary jewellery made for them.
Adrian also has great hopes for his website, he believes that, paradoxically, new technology will create a renascence for traditional skills. “People are tired of mass produced goods” says Adrian “The only reason we don’t visit craftsmen is that we never know how to find genuine ones. Websites with biographies and pictures of work will change that for ever”.
